Full Home Assistant install on local hardware (Pi, NUC, or your existing server). Integrations, dashboards, automations, and a clear runbook for adding new devices later.

02 / Zigbee

Zigbee infrastructure

Coordinator selection, mesh planning, repeater placement. Migration from cloud-locked Hue or Tuya to a fully local Zigbee stack. Custom device handlers when needed.

03 / LED

Addressable LED installations

WLED and ESPHome-driven addressable strips, custom controllers, and integrations with Home Assistant scenes. Designed properly so they survive renovations.

04 / Migration

Migration off the cloud

Coming from SmartThings, Hubitat, Tuya, or a tangle of vendor apps? We map what you have, plan a clean Home Assistant target, and migrate without losing automations.

Site walk

Walk the home, list every device, list every "I wish it could", measure Wi-Fi and Zigbee coverage.

02 / Plan

System design

Hub choice, Zigbee mesh layout, automation list, dashboard wireframes, BOM. Approved before we buy a thing.

03 / Install

On-site work

Mount the hub, pair devices, write the automations, wire LED controllers. Test every flow before we leave.

04 / Handover

Docs & care

Plain-language runbook, diagram of what's where, how to add a new device, how to back up. Optional ongoing care plan.
